
CHICAGO-White Plains, New York-based Acadia Realty Trust has purchased Trader Joe's, Express and Urban Outfitters stores in Lincoln Park. The 651-671 W. Diversey Parkway retail property, which measures 44,000 square feet, was redeveloped by a venture of M Development LLC's Mark Hunt and Structure Management Midwest LLC's Fred Latsko.
Acadia paid $28.4 million for the Lincoln Park property in May. The retail real property investment firm paid $31.6 million in April for a small strip center in the Heritage condominium tower.For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business.
