DENVER-Prim Whisper Sky LLC, an affiliate of Boston-based TA Associates Realty, has recently purchased Flats at Whisper Sky, a 212-unit apartment complex at 1755 S. Beeler St. in Arapahoe County. Sky LLC, of Metropolitan Homes has sold the complex, which has a Denver mailing address, for $35.4 million.
The multifamily property, situated near East Florida Avenue and South Parker Road, features one-, two- and three-bedroom units. Doug Andrews of Denver-based Apartment Realty Advisors negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller.For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal.
