BOULDER, CO-Denver-based Apartment Realty Advisors has recently closed the sale of a multifamily property in Boulder. The Griffis Group has sold The Boulders Apartments, an apartment complex consisting of 161 units at 2850 Kalmia Ave., to Boulder Apartments Colorado LLC for an amount of $33.5 million.
The Griffis Group purchased the property for $20.9 million in 2009. The company has 3,328 units in Colorado. Doug Andrews with Apartment Realty Advisors represented the seller in the deal.For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal.
