MAITLAND, FL-NAI Realvest has brokered a new retail lease deal in Orlando. Habaneros Mexican Restaurant has signed a long-term lease with Escondido, California-based Realty Income Corporation for 4,665 square feet at 13524 South John Young Parkway.

The tenant has signed the lease to occupy the old Village Inn restaurant facility. In the lease transaction, the tenant was represented by Tanner from Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT, while the landlord was represented by Kevin O'Connor and Matt Cichocki from NAI Realvest.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
