GARDEN GROVE, CA-Newport Beach-based Greenlaw Partners is looking to add the Crystal Cathedral properties in Garden Grove to its portfolio. The developer has agreed to purchase Crystal Cathedral Ministries' church and encompassing office buildings for $46 million.

The seven buildings totaling approximately 329,000 square feet contain nearly 140,000 square feet of offices. The church would lease back the cathedral as well as other parts of the property from Greenlaw.
