WASHINGTON, DC-Brentwood Shopping Center, located over a Red Line Metrorail station, is put up for sale. The retail center is situated at the crossroad of Rhode Island Avenue and Brentwood Road in Northeast Washington.

The center, part of the Rhode Island Place shopping complex, contains 57,529 square feet of stores. Various tenants, including CitiBank, Foot Locker, Radio Shack and TJ Maxx, occupy space in Brentwood Shopping Center.For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal.
