STURTEVANT, WI-Oak Brook, Illinois-based CenterPoint Properties has purchased a 552,000-square-foot building at 901 Renaissance Blvd. in Sturtevant from Malvern, Pennsylvania-based Liberty Property Trust for an amount of $23.7 million. The building is leased to Diversey Americas.
Liberty constructed the building in 2007 for Diversey, which has leased the building for 10 years for warehouse purpose. CenterPoint is partnering with Wispark LLC to construct an industrial building spanning 183,600 square feet in the Grandview Business Park.
