MILWAUKEE-Planet Fitness has leased 21,800 square feet of space in Southgate Mall at 3473 S. 27th St. for more than 10 years. Tim Lennon, owner of Planet Fitness of Milwaukee LLC, said that the local market can manage up to six Planet Fitness clubs.
