MIAMI-Aztec Group, Inc. of Miami has closed $4,800,000 in construction loan for the Comfort Suites Airport/Cruise Port and $3,725,000 in refinancing for the Days Inn Miami Airport North. Comfort Suites, a 102-room hotel, will include a fitness center, restaurant, meeting facilities and an outdoor swimming pool.
