NEW YORK CITY-YES Network is relocating its executive headquarters from the Chrysler Building to Third Avenue. The regional sports network has leased 23,800 square feet at 805 Third Ave. from Charles S. Cohen.
Asking rents in the building are in the mid-to-high $50s range. The Yankees' YES will move to the entire 30th floor of the building in the fall. CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant, while David Nevins of Cohen represented the landlord in-house along with Cushman & Wakefield.For the full story, go to New York Post.
