CARROLLTON, TX-Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc. has closed a new lease deal in Carrollton on behalf of RREEF, the building owner. Compass Bank, an affiliate of BBVA Compass, has leased an office and warehouse space measuring 33,030 square feet at 1841 Monetary Lane, Suite 75.

In the lease transaction, the tenant was represented by Michael Haggar from Jones Lang LaSalle, and the landlord was represented by Cushman & Wakefield. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
