
BOSTON-Fortis Properties of New York is putting One Lincoln Street on the market for sale. The asking price for the 36-story tower is roughly $1.15 billion.
State Street Corp. fully leased the skyscraper in 2003 for its headquarters. The building comprises 850 parking spaces. Gale & Wentworth was the original developer and Jung Brannen Associates Inc. was the designer of One Lincoln Street. Robert Griffin, a Cushman & Wakefield broker, is managing the sale.
