EMERYVILLE, CA-Hyatt Hotels has purchased Woodfin Suites, a 234-room hotel in Emeryville, along with two other Woodfin hotels in the San Diego area and Orange County. The company has purchased all the three hotels for an amount of $76.5 million.

Hyatt has rebranded the Emeryville hotel as the Hyatt Summerfield Suites. It paid approximately $31.4 million for the Emeryville's Woodfin Suites.
