NEW YORK CITY-Balenciaga has signed a lease for 6,769 square feet of space at 148 Mercer Street. The Gucci Group brand will occupy space on two levels in the low-rise building owned by 577 Retail LLC.
Balenciaga is already operating a store at 542 West 22nd Street. In the lease transaction, the tenant was represented by Marc Simon and Joel Isaacs from Isaacs & Company, while the landlord was represented by Alisa Amsterdam and Michael O'Neill from Cushman & Wakefield.
