CHARLOTTE, NC-The Bissell Cos. new speculative office buildings in Charlotte. The company has started construction on two 10-story office buildings at Ballantyne Corporate Park.
The buildings, which total 550,000 square feet, will be located at the northwest corner of Ballantyne Commons Parkway and North Community House Road. The company will construct two parking layers totaling 2,070 spaces along with the two buildings. The project is expected to be completed by the end of next year.
