HOUSTON-Cincinnati-based Phillips Edison & Co. has sold itsshopping center called the Stella Link Center to FestivalProperties for $6.9 million. The center measuring 99,727 squarefeet is located on a 7.6-acre site at 9117-9335 Stella Link. Theproperty is 76% occupied.
