
HOUSTON-Cincinnati-based Phillips Edison & Co. has sold its shopping center called the Stella Link Center to Festival Properties for $6.9 million. The center measuring 99,727 square feet is located on a 7.6-acre site at 9117-9335 Stella Link. The property is 76% occupied.
In the deal, the buyer was represented by M.M. Stapper Co.'s Marvin Stapper, while the seller was represented by Hanley Investment Group Real Estate Advisors' Edward B. Hanley and Eric P. Wohl. For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle .
