DC Ranch Crossing Shopping Center Changes Hands for $16M

SCOTTSDALE, AZ-CB Richard Ellis has closed the sale of a retail center in North Scottsdale. DC Ranch Crossing LLC, an associate of Scottsdale-based DMB Associates, has sold DC Ranch Crossing, a 68,113-square-foot shopping center on the southeast corner of Legacy Boulevard and Pima Road.

San Francisco-based Stockbridge Capital Group LLC paid $16.5 million for the shopping center. Bob Young, Glenn Smigiel, Rick Abraham and Steve Brabant from CBRE's Phoenix office negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller. For the full story, go to Phoenix Business Journal .
