IRVING, TX-Colliers International has brokered two office leases totaling about 60,000 square feet in the Freeport Corporate Center building at 8650 Freeport Parkway in Irving. Devcon, a home security firm, has leased 23,364 square feet and Terminal Reality, a game developer, has leased 36,594 square feet in the office building managed by a Maryland-based special servicer.
Colliers International, which leases the building, negotiated the Devcon deal with Glacier Commercial and the Terminal Reality deal with Jones Lang LaSalle. For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News .
