TOMBALL, TX-Houston-based Baker Katz LLC has purchased the Four Corners Shopping Center at the junction of State Highway 249 and FM 2920 in Tomball for an undisclosed amount. The company acquired the 120,000-square-foot property from LNR Property LLC through an investment fund.
LNR Property purchased the center in 2010 in foreclosure. The retail center is 35% occupied. Baker Katz has plans to renovate the property later this year. For the full story, go to Houston Business Journal .
