TAMPA, FL-An affiliate of Harbor Group International, LLC has purchased Sienna Bay Apartments, a 276-unit apartment complex in the St. Petersburg-Tampa region, for $19.5 million. Sienna Bay Apartments, built in 1974 and 1985, is presently 90% occupied.
The average size of one-, two- and three-bedroom units at the complex is 946 square feet. The apartment complex contains amenities such as lakeside dock, two swimming pools, fitness center, clubhouse, lakefront views, lighted tennis courts, picnic and playground area.
