AUSTIN, TX-Oxford Commercial has brokered a lease deal for an office space in Austin. Small World Labs has signed a lease for 4,002 square feet of space at Vista Ridge situated on 912 Capital of Texas Highway.

Small World Labs has leased the space from REIT Management & Research LLC. In the lease negotiation, the landlord was represented by Brent Powdrill, Denise Kindred and Kevin Kimbrough from Oxford Commercial, while the tenant had in-house representation.
