ORLANDO-NAI Realvest has brokered two office leases totaling 2,502 square feet at University Court located at 3361 Rouse Road off University Boulevard. Space & Defense Engineering Services Company, LLC, of Orlando has signed a 1,380-square-foot lease and 139 Education LLC, d/b/a Neurocore, has signed a 1,122-square-foot lease at the office building.
