FOLSOM, CA-Newton, Massachusetts-based Commonwealth REIT has acquired Parkshore Plaza from JP Morgan/McCarthy Cook for $47 million. The four-building office complex, which totals 270,000 square feet, is situated in Folsom.
Tenants in the property include Intuit Inc., Wells Fargo and Verizon Wireless. Chris Schwarze and Ron Thomas from Cushman & Wakefield's Sacramento office collaborated with Seth Siegel, Grant Lammersen and George Eckard from the firm's San Francisco office in the sale.
