Abercrombie To Anchor Redeveloped News Office

MUNICH-The former SZ newspaper office building is being redeveloped into a 455,800-square-foot property, with the clothing retailer taking the bottom three floors.

MUNICH-Abercrombie & Fitch has signed on to be the anchor tenant for a redeveloped office building on Sendlinger Street in the Old Town neighborhood. Hines is currently redeveloping and leasing the 455,800-square-foot Hofstatt building for LBBW, the state bank of Baden-Wurttemberg.
