WASHINGTON, DC-The local office of CB RichardEllis is reshuffling its executive management, bringingone industry veteran from Northern Virginia to Washington, DC andrecruiting another ex-CBRE staffer away from CassidyTurley. At the same time it is settling into new digs insuburban Maryland and Virginia.

Brad Flickinger will take over CBRE’sWashington, DC office. Prior to this Flickinger had been overseeingthe firm’s Northern Virginia and suburban Maryland operations andwill continue to head the suburban Maryland office.

For Northern Virginia, CBRE has tapped ChristopherSoucie to be its managing director. Soucie is joining CBREfrom Cassidy Turley where worked as a tenant rep. He moved toCassidy Turley after a three-year stint at CB Richard Ellis. Theimpetus behind these moves, Flickinger tells GlobeSt.com, wasErnie Jarvis’ departure for First PotomacRealty Trust earlier this year.
