
LEXINGTON, MA-Cubist Pharmaceuticals Inc., a Lexington, Massachusetts-based antibiotics maker, has signed a contract to purchase a building that houses its operation for several years. The company will buy the building and land at 45-55 Hayden Ave. in Lexington from the Realty Associates Fund VI LP for $53.5 million.
The property comprises roughly 190,000 square feet of office space. Cubist occupies 80% of the property. The deal will be closed in July. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
