MARLBOROUGH, MA-Framingham-based New Dover Associates Inc. has brokered three lease deals in Marlborough.

MARLBOROUGH, MA-Framingham-based New Dover Associates Inc. has brokered three lease deals in Marlborough. Astec America Inc., Latrobe Specialty Steel Co. and Massachusetts Library System have signed lease deals totaling 17,500 square feet at 225 Cedar Hill St.

Boston-based Colliers Meredith & Grew represented Astec, Klemmer Associates represented Massachusetts Library System and New Dover Associates represented the landlord, a Massachusetts LLC enrolled to Lois Nora Scarlata and Daniel Candee. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
