CHEEKTOWAGA, NY-Windwood Place LLC, an investment group based in Rochester, has purchased an apartment complex in the Cedar Grove Heights area in Cheektowaga. The group has acquired the 271 apartments located just off of Maryvale Drive from GHC LLC.
Windwood Place paid $3.1 million for the apartment complex. Partners of Windwood Place are planning to renovate the apartments to start marketing the units. Bob Starzynski of CB Richard Ellis Buffalo handled the sale. For the full story, go to Buffalo Business First .
