NEW YORK CITY-The Aegis Communication Group has renewed its lease for seven years with Swig Equities for 24,098 square feet at 80 Broad Street. The firm has taken the 10th- and 11th- floor space of the lower Manhattan tower.
The asking rent for the space was $32.50 per square foot. Joseph Genovesi, Marc Shapses and Jason Schwartzenberg of Studley represented the tenant, while Todd Korren of Swig Equities represented the landlord in-house in the lease transaction. For the full story, go to New York Observer .
