MIAMI-The Continental Companies, a hospitality company based inMiami, and Gencom, an investment and development company based inMiami, have jointly purchased The Ritz-Carlton, a 115-room hotel inCoconut Grove, Miami. Financial terms of the deal were notrevealed.

The Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove, constructed in 2002, is an AAA5-Diamond boutique hotel. It comprises 19,000 square feet ofmeeting space. The hotel also has various amenities including afull-service spa and the Bizcaya lounge. For the full story, goto Florida Real Estate Journal .
