MIAMI-The Continental Companies, a hospitality company based in Miami, and Gencom, an investment and development company based in Miami, have jointly purchased The Ritz-Carlton, a 115-room hotel in Coconut Grove, Miami. Financial terms of the deal were not revealed.

The Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove, constructed in 2002, is an AAA 5-Diamond boutique hotel. It comprises 19,000 square feet of meeting space. The hotel also has various amenities including a full-service spa and the Bizcaya lounge. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
