HARTFORD, CT-CityPlace LLC, the current owner of the CityPlace office tower in downtown Hartford, has listed the property on the market for sale. The limited partnership has been holding on to the 38-story tower since 1983.

UnitedHealthcare has recently signed a long-term lease at the 885,000-square-foot skyscraper. City records reveal that the tower might be sold for $83 million or about $94 per square foot. The sale is being handled by Jones Lang LaSalle. For the full story, go to Hartford Courant .
