HOUSTON-The Houston CPA Society is moving from 1700 West Loop South to a Galleria-area building at 777 Post Oak. The group has leased 8,220 square feet at the 777 Post Oak building from Gateway Ridgecrest.
The property, developed in 1998, is being handled by Transwestern. Bill Wolff with UGL Services-Equis Operations represented the tenant, and Bill Stone with Cushman & Wakefield of Texas represented the owner in the lease transaction. For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle .
