BREA, CA-Industrial Threaded Products Inc. has purchased an industrial building measuring 32,319 square feet at 515 N. Puente St. in Brea for $3.9 million, or about $120.67 per square foot. The property was sold by Kenneth O'Dell Trust.
Industrial Threaded has been leasing the property after it had moved from Santa Fe Springs. Mike Foley with CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. represented the buyer, while Steve Wagner, Zach Niles and Garrett McClelland with 360 Commercial Partners represented the seller in the deal.
