OAKLAND, CA-Investcorp Real Estate has purchased the Broadway-Webster Medical Plaza, a dental and medical office building measuring 98,000 square feet at 3300 Webster St. in Oakland, for $30 million. ScanlanKemperBard, the seller, will keep an ownership stake in the medical office building.
Affiliates of SKB will also continue to operate the building and Lee & Associates will handle the third-party leasing. The Broadway-Webster Medical Plaza currently houses 46 tenants. For the full story, go to San Francisco Business Times .
