ANDOVER, MA-CB Richard Ellis/New England has brokered seven lease deals totaling 34,153 square feet of office space at New England Business Center, a 237,000-square-foot office park in Andover during Q1 2011. The three-building property is owned and managed by New Boston Fund Inc.
