HARTFORD, CT-The capital markets group at Jones Lang LaSalle has been employed to market the UnitedHealthcare Center, a 39-story office tower spanning 884,669 square feet in downtown Hartford, Connecticut. The Class A office tower is 98% leased.

Scott Jamieson and Michael Smith with Jones Lang LaSalle are handling the deal. Kelly Gaines and Dustin Stolly will handle the financing, while Chris Ostop will handle the local market brokerage. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
