AUSTIN, TX-San Diego-based Manchester Texas Financial Group is planning to construct a $350-million hotel in the Waller Creek area near the Austin Convention Center in downtown Austin. The company will build the 1,035-room hotel on a site at the northeast corner of Cesar Chavez and Red River.
