GAINESVILLE, FL-Madison International Realty has purchased an 80% equity stake in a portfolio of two student housing communities in Tallahassee and Gainesville for $30 million. The Collier Companies owns and manages the properties totaling 898 units.

The Enclave, a garden-style community consisting of 412 units near University of Florida in Gainesville, was developed in 2008 and is 98% occupied.
