JEFFERSONVILLE, OH-Greensboro-based Tanger Factory Outlet Centers has acquired the Prime Outlets at Jeffersonville retail center in Ohio from Ohio Factory Stores Partnership for $134 million. The shopping center, which contains over 90 brand name stores in five buildings, is 97% leased.
The new owner has plans to rename the property as Tanger Outlets at Jeffersonville. The center spreads across 50 acres of land in the tri-city area of Columbus, Cincinnati and Dayton. For the full story, go to Business Journal Serving The Greater Triad Area .
