JEFFERSONVILLE, OH-Greensboro-based Tanger Factory Outlet Centers has acquired the Prime Outlets at Jeffersonville retail center in Ohio from Ohio Factory Stores Partnership for $134 million. The shopping center, which contains over 90 brand name stores in five buildings, is 97% leased.
