Trimark Properties has sold The Courtyards, an 110,597-square-foot student housing community consisting of 375 bedrooms, to a developer functioning in Florida.
The unit mix at the dorm-style community comprises 1 two-bedroom flat, 8 four-bedroom flats, 15 five-bedroom flats, 1 two-bedroom townhome and 66 four-bedroom townhomes.
