MIAMI-Colliers International South Florida has brokered a lease deal in Miami on behalf of Forever 21 Retail, Inc., the tenant. Forever 21 Retail has leased 25,600 square feet at Miami International Logistics Park situated at 7939 - 8187 NW 84th St. in Miami.
The property is owned by AMB U.S. Logistics Fund, LP. Forever 21 intends to use the space as a jeans warehouse.
