NEW YORK CITY-Ithaka has leased 25,462 square feet at 2 Rector Street in Lower Manhattan. Asking rent for the space was roughly $37 per square foot.
The 26-story building is owned by Stellar Management. Other tenants such as Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Daniel Libeskind and Skanska also occupy space in the 430,000-square-foot office tower.
