
NEW YORK CITY-A residential developer is planning to convert a stalled hotel project into a new condominium near Madison Square Park. Anbau Enterprises has purchased a parking plot at 39-41 W. 23rd St. situated between Fifth and Sixth avenues to build the new condo.
A 93,000-square-foot building can possibly be erected on the site. Anbau has plans to construct a 22-story building with nearly 38 condos. Eric Anton with Eastern Consolidated handled the sale. For the full story, go to Wall Street Journal .
