
CORAL GABLES, FL- Agave Holdings LLC has bought a mixed use development site called Old Spanish Village in Coral Gables from FirstBank Puerto Rico. The company has paid $30.6 million for the site measuring 5.8 acres. The site is allocated for 700,000 square feet of retail and residential development.
In the deal, the seller was represented by Holland & Knight, while the buyer was represented by Bilzin Sumberg Baena Price & Axelrod. Holliday Fenoglio Fowler handled the marketing of the site. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
