NEW YORK CITY-The ownership of 23 Wall Street building called The Corner at Wall Street has retained Cushman & Wakefield Inc. to identify retail tenants for the property. Cushman & Wakefield's team comprising Matthew Seigel and Joanne Podell is handling the marketing for a 178,000-square-foot space that comprises space in two towers at 15 Broad Street and 35 Wall Street.
