MORROW, GA-Education Realty Trust Inc. has traded its twocollegiate housing complexes in Georgia for a total price of $27.8million. The REIT sold Clayton Place, an 854-bed apartment complexin Morrow, to CSU Foundation Real Estate II LLC for $20.5 million.The property serves the State University and Clayton College.

Macon State College Foundation Real Estate LLC bought CollegiateVillage, a 336-bed property in Macon, for $7.5 million.
