
MORROW, GA-Education Realty Trust Inc. has traded its two collegiate housing complexes in Georgia for a total price of $27.8 million. The REIT sold Clayton Place, an 854-bed apartment complex in Morrow, to CSU Foundation Real Estate II LLC for $20.5 million. The property serves the State University and Clayton College.
