ST. PAUL-Cummins Power Generation has purchased a Shoreview office building located at 3850 Victoria St. N. in St. Paul from Medtronic Inc. for $11.4 million. Cummins Power intends to shift its headquarters to the new location measuring 189,000 square feet. According to Ramsey County records, the tax assessed price of the three-floor building along with its 23-acre parcel was $15.1 million.
