CINCINNATI-Lytle Capital Partners LLC has bought a 25-floor high-end apartment tower called One Lytle Place Apartments in Cincinnati for $22 million. Apartment Investment and Management Co. was the seller of the 231-unit property situated near the banks of the Ohio River. The building also has a commercial space of 32,000 square feet.
